For those of you finding yourself with  responsibilities of caring for others who are seriously ill or  your elderly parents, and perhaps your children too (the sandwich generation) this program enables you to learn and apply techniques for handling your life's challenges and sharing with others in like situations.

Many of us have found ourselves engulfed with the responsibilites of caring for our loved ones who may be ill or perhaps caring for aging parents and taking care of our own families which might include children. You must take care of yourself in order to care for others. This balancing act can take a tremendous toll on you as you try to handle your own life.

The Caregiver Group is a support system that presents skills and tools to deal with the complex issues facing those in the middle of life's challenges, including giving you the opportunity to discuss your feelings. Group sessions are held weekly and private sessions are available upon request.  Meetings are in a relaxed home environment led by Donna-Marie Stenlake.  Join us and share your concerns and feelings.
